Pre-production support for PoC and development environments

We want you to be successful in implementing EventStoreDB within your PoC projects and development towards production release. That’s why we offer a support plan for pre-production environments. You’ll get access to the Event Store team who’ll be on hand to answer any issues you encounter in the early stages of your EventStoreDB project. And when you’re ready to move to production release, you can upgrade to production or enterprise support to keep things running smoothly.
